How do I switch between Grandparent and Family view?

On the Senior/Grandparent screen, press and hold anywhere on the screen for about 2.5 seconds to return to the role picker.

How do I delete my recordings?

Go to the Family app → Profile icon (top right) → Privacy & Data → "Delete My Recordings" or "Reset This Device."

My recording didn't save — what happened?

Each person gets up to 3 attempts per question per week (1 original + 2 re-records). After that, recording locks until the following week.
